She graduated from Greeley West in 1998 and went on to earn a double bachelors degree in Sports Medicine & in the Spanish Language at Colorado State University. Following in her family’s entrepreneurial footsteps in construction, Nina decided she enjoyed the challenges of owning her own business. She started out her career as a Real Estate Agent in the Northern Colorado Area working in the New Construction arena. She became fascinated about the industry and loved helping people realize homeownership and building their investment portfolios with Single Family Properties.

In 2008, Nina transitioned her focus out of the Real Estate industry momentarily to further expand her knowledge in different aspects of sales and business. She entered into the Direct Sales Industry. Because of her focus, drive, & passion for helping people, she was able to build a Sales Organization that a massed over 10,000 people & became a top producer in a very short period of time.

In 2013 expanded her business portfolio and partnered with family to open Beso Hair Skin Laser Spa a full service beauty bar in West Greeley. In 2020, She decided to sell her portion of the business to be able to work more from home and in 2021, Her husband John and her purchased Can Do Concrete Construction as no stranger in the construction industry and enjoys still being active in the Real Estate industry.

Nina was married to John Gutierrez in 2012 and they are raising two beautiful girls.. She is an avid Colorado Sports fan. She enjoys traveling, attending concerts, trying new restaurants, and most of all spending time with family. She has served on The Weld County Boys and Girls Club Board for a couple years and is currently finishing up her second term (7th year) with United Way of Weld County Board Member where she sits on the Executive Committee, Chair for Weld County Early Childhood Council and Reading Great by 8.
